It's September and if you're a TV show junkie you know that means that your evenings are about to become mega busy (or your TiVo severely overloaded). That's right, the major networks in the US kick off the 2012-2013 season this month and with 40 new shows to choose from, there will be something for everyone (and a bunch of rubbish thrown in for good measure).
If you ask me, a good dog can add a lot to a character and a show as a whole. They can be the star, the sidekick, a plot device or simply ornamental - it doesn't matter. Through clever use of amazingly trained dogs, showrunners can enrich their universe and make dog owners, like me, happy!
So, until we figure out what's actually worth an hour of our lives, I figured it was a good time to look
